Where is your office located?

My office is mid-city in the Larchmont Medical Building, at the corner of Larchmont and Beverly Boulevards. Here is the address:

Is there parking?
Yes, there’s parking in the building for $5, and there are spaces on the street.
What are your office hours?

I’m available Monday through Friday, 11 am to 8 pm.

I generally do not work on weekends unless there is an emergency.

How long are sessions?
I offer the standard 50-minute session, but we can also do time and a half or a double session, if needed.
Do you see clients in person or on Zoom?
Both! I offer in-person and online sessions.
With what age range do you work?
I see individuals ages 10 to 75.
Do you see couples?
Yes! I work with couples, throuples, and families.
How do I set up an appointment?

Please call or text me at (917) 922-2650.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. If possible, we’ll reschedule the session for that same week.
What do you do in sessions with clients?

We will have a conversation, and I’ll ask lots of questions about your childhood, goals, and dreams.

Sometimes, I’ll be a sounding board; other times, I’ll give advice. I will always support you and be your cheerleader.

What if I need to contact you about an issue during the week?
You are welcome to text me, and I will text you back or find the time to chat briefly.

What is your training and experience?

I have two master’s degrees: one in clinical psychology specializing in LGBTQ-affirmative therapy from Antioch University (Los Angeles) and one in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

I trained at the Los Angeles LGBT Center for one year and Southern California Counseling Center for two years.

I completed a year-long trauma training program and offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a year-long narrative training program, and a year-long program in psychodynamic therapy.

I am also a certified Deeper Dating coach and have studied Gottman’s principles for couples counseling.

Do you allow pets?

I don’t allow pets in my office, but you will likely see one of my dogs on Zoom. They are very supportive and like to say hi!
